I've navigated several significant setbacks: the challenges of an aging body, recovering fitness after a spine injury, and battling anxiety. Meanwhile, I've raised three amazing kids into their teens and college years, all while being married to the love of my life for over 20 years. These experiences have deepened my commitment to health and wellness, honoring both my mental health and faith. As women, we face unique challenges—whether as mothers, daughters, or grandmothers—while balancing careers and life. I've had breakthroughs in my health and wellness journey, and I'm excited to share them with you as we work together toward a brighter future.
My journey in health and wellness has been both my greatest joy and my most challenging experience. These setbacks have propelled me and my clients into a new way of thriving in mid-life, empowering us to live with greater faith and purpose than I ever imagined possible.
