Self love … for better or for worse.
My heart goes out to you. This biology is complicated and confusing, and truly amazing all at the same time. We are all unique, but share many similarities. Our bodies are changing, we are sometimes more discouraged, frustrated, and busy than we want to be. Whether you’re a teen, or 40+, you want to feel strong, and feel like your exercises are effective, and your workouts are working. We want bone density, muscle tone, healthy organs and amounts of body fat, both now and for our future self.
Defeat is not an option. We feel, we learn, we pivot and evolve to better ourselves through physical and mental benefits of exercise, nutrition, and self care. If what was working at 20ish isn’t working at 40ish, if your hormones are all of a sudden making you bonkers, we mourn the loss of what was. We get help, we take best care with proper sleep, balanced nutrition, and intentional exercise that helps us move forward toward our goal of living the best life possible.
