To be honest, I didn’t even know basic discipline with daily healthy habits is in fact self - care, did you? I’m not really a fancy spa day or overpriced cream person anyway, so I was relieved to know that practical, no-nonsense ways to take care of ourselves without buyer’s remorse are not only beneficial, but in the grand scheme of things, actually help us more than the big ticket items that are unrealistic or even unworthy of our time and money.
Here’s some simple ways to find your new rhythm with self - care methods that are both budget friendly, and make a massive difference in your physical and mental health after 40 …..
